EURO LANGUAGES NET PLUS PROJECT (22511-CP-1-2005-1-LT-LINGUA-L1)

The ‘EURO LANGUAGES NET PLUS’ (ELN PLUS) project has been initiated by a large group of institutions in Europe to promote linguistic diversity and to offer a network focusing on dissemination of European languages. ELN PLUS concentrates on the main European Union priorities for languages - networking, publicity and information.

The ELN PLUS project is based on the successful and valuable achievements of the European Languages Net project: it will cover 23 languages by adding Czech, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Irish, Greek, Maltese, Icelandic, Turkish and Spanish to the already existing websites which promote 12 languages - German, Bulgarian, Estonian, Finnish, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian and Slovak - on the European Languages Net project web site (http://www.euro-languages.net).

Best practices, high quality language learning and teaching resources as well as novelties in language learning possibilities are available.

International and national forums are organized to discuss language learning possibilities and challenges.
